Summer Services

Central Office OneSource/KidServe Upgrade

Package includes updating existing Central Office OneSource software to latest version available at the time service is rendered. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Systems Engineer via remote connectivity to Food Service Server. Note that remote connectivity to Central Office Food Service Server is a prerequisite for service.

Remote Site OneSource/KidServe Upgrade (1-5 lines)

Package includes updating existing Site OneSource/KidServe software to latest version available at time service is rendered. System upgrade includes manager machines and available line machines. Client will assume responsibility for line machines unavailable at time service is rendered. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity.

Central Office OneSource/KidServe Rollover & Enrollment Audit

Package includes rolling over the existing Central Office OneSource software per options selected by client. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity to Food Service Server.
Package includes synchronization of enrollment data in Central Office OneSource/KidServe, Central Office OneSource/KidServe Free and Reduced, and District SIS file (if applicable) prior to Rollover. Package is highly recommended for all clients. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity to Food Service Server.

Central Office Free & Reduced Online Application Rollover

Package includes rolling over the existing Central Office Online Application software per options selected by client. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Systems Engineer via remote connectivity to Food Service Server. Note that remote connectivity to Central Office Food Service Server is a prerequisite for service.

ID Conversion
(16-531)

Package includes the conversion of the current student IDs to a new set of student IDs.  This is normally used to support an SIS changeover.

Remote Site OneSource/KidServe Rollover (1-5 lines)
(16-533)

Package includes rolling over existing Site OneSource/KidServe software. Package includes rolling over manager machine and line machine(s) if available at time of rollover service. If line(s) are unavailable at time of rollover service, client is responsible for validating rollover at line(s).
Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity to Food Service Server.

Direct Certification File Import
(16-551)

Package includes creation of DC import template and importing of one DC file as provided by client. Pre and Post Enrollment/Eligibility reports. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity to Food Service Server.

Rolled Over SIS File Import

Package includes creation of SIS import template (if necessary) and importing of rolled over SIS file as provided by client. Pre and Post Enrollment/Eligibility reports. Service will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity to Food Service Server.

OneSource/KidServe Database Archive

Package includes creation of archived data set prior to Rollover The end-of-year Database will be renamed and accessed via server desktop shortcut for referencing historical data.

OneSource/KidServe Upgrade (6 -10 lines)

External Credit Card Setup
(TBD)

Package includes the setup of accepting credit cards through an external credit card device. External Credit Card Setup will be conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member via remote connectivity.

MyPaymentsPlus Fees & Activities Setup

Package includes adding the fees/activity module to the web-site, collecting banking information for fee/activity payments and a 4 hour training class taught by one of our system engineers.

MyPaymentsPlus Migration
(50-212)

Package includes one server migration service or server reinstall.  Service will include installing current system software version and IIS, configuration of database connection string to point to SQL database, and configuration of MyPaymentsPlus web services within IIS.  This also includes testing of connectivity from MyPaymentsPlus server (outside customer network) and installed application.  IT will need to provide administrative rights for this service and be available during the service.

This service includes onsite Engineering per day (up to 8 hours). This service is conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member.

BOH On-Site, Support – Per Day

This service includes Horizon onsite support per day (up to 8 hours). This can be Central Office or Site focused. This service is conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member.

BOH On-Site, Training – Per Day
(16-9532)

This service includes Horizon onsite support per day (up to 8 hours). This can be Central Office or Site focused based on district need. This service is conducted by a Horizon Certified Staff Member.

BOH Remote Business Process Review
(16-9500)

This  package include a 2-3 hour session where a Horizon Engineer and customer will get on a conference call to review Back office best practices and record key decision that need to be made for back office setup . A project plan and implementation summary is sent to customer upon completion of service. This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.

BOH Engineering
(16-9501)

This package includes 1 hour of configuring the software per the decision made in the business process review. Also this service includes training/setup of the training lab if the customer has one. Imports of Inventory and Menu nutritional will be completed if the customer has this information electronically. This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.

BOH Remote Advanced Consulting Package – 12 Hours

This package includes 12 hours of consulting time with a Horizon BOH Engineer. These hours can be used but are not limited to:

  • Audit of BOH Data
  • Answer Setup Questions
  • Complete “re” training on any said BOH process
  • Help with setting up export of templates needs
  • Take a more in depth look at report and other KPI’s
  • Recommendations/consulting on better Return on Investment for the software

This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.

Central Office Bid Training

This package includes three 2 hour session covering entering bid specification information and updating Interflex award information in back office software. One of the 3 sessions will include a remote webinar service with Interflex where bids are sent to vendor and awarded

Central Office MPNA Training
(16-9700)

This package includes four 2 hour sessions covering MPNA Linking, Recipes, Base Menus and Scheduling Menus/Production Records. This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.

BOH Central Office Remote Catering Training
(16-9701)

This package includes two 2 hour session covering setup of catering items, entering proposal, creating production and update invoices. This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity

Central Warehouse Training
(16-9800)

This package includes two 2 hour sessions covering Warehouse Setup and Processes (Inventory, Procurement, Shipping). This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.

Central Kitchen Training

This package includes three 2 hour sessions covering Central Kitchen Setup and Processes (Inventory, Procurement, Shipping, and Production). This service will be conducted by a Horizon Back of House Engineer via remote connectivity.
