After closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation unfolding around the world, we’ve made the difficult decision to postpone the West Coast and Midwest Regional User Group Conferences planned for April and May. We are looking at potential dates to reschedule later this year in order to provide the experience our community expects and deserves in a safe environment.
We continue to closely monitor the Southeast Regional conference planned for June 1-2 in Savannah, which has the potential for postponement or cancelation as we follow the situation as it unfolds in the weeks ahead.
Registered attendees will receive full refunds for any conference packages purchased.
If you paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the card you paid with. Expect 3-7 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We know this is a very challenging time for everyone, and appreciate your understanding and support. We will continue to provide updates in the coming weeks. The Horizon Software blog and Regional Conference page will also be a source of additional information.
