
CBORD-Horizon is excited to introduce our new Hub: a place that serves as a centralized location for our customers to easily access our eSupport system as well as our learning center, knowledge base, and other helpful tools and resources.
CBORD Hub offers an enhanced, streamlined customer experience with upgraded infrastructure and tools, including an improved ticketing system with an updated customer portal and a new, feature-rich knowledge base system.

How do I access the new Hub?
If you have accessed Horizon’s existing knowledge base via the CBORD Hub before, you have automatic access to the Hub’s newly available support options. When you click on the Customer Login at the top of our website, you’ll be taken directly to the Hub login and can use your existing credentials.
Other Horizon customers may have automatically received an invitation to the new Hub link from noreply@api.cbord.com. If you didn’t receive an email invitation, you will need to sign up for a new Hub login here. You can also create a new account by clicking “Contact” in our menu at the top of the page and then “Visit CBORD Hub” and “Create Account.”
When you receive your invitation email, be sure to use Chrome as your browser for logging into the Hub portal. Your username will be your email address and please manually key in the provided temporary password.
Once you have your new login credentials, you can access the Hub easily on our website via the Customer Login tab at the top of the page.
