Dear Horizon Community,
In this rapidly changing environment, we continue to closely monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) developments for the purpose of keeping our entire community supported, healthy and safe.
As a technology company, we have consistently reviewed our business continuity plans and are now implementing them with little to no operational interruption. Our CBORD and Horizon Software team members are safely socially distanced and continue to support all of you with the same passion, dedication and efficiency you have come to expect. Please rest assured, that will not change.
We have successfully transitioned our entire workforce to a work-from-home model. Our Customer Care teams are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to assist you as you navigate through this crisis. We have a strong technical infrastructure in place and are able to conduct video conferencing sessions to help support whatever needs you may have. We have also eliminated all non-essential travel, and are adhering to all travel regulations issued by local and federal agencies. In addition, we have canceled all “in-person” CBORD and Horizon Software events through May.
Beyond the operational, we are fully engaged with many of you to determine what needs you are anticipating. In healthcare, we have heard needs to simplify menu offerings, create temporary expansion space, and reduce food ordering labor demands. We are aggressively putting solutions together to allow you to meet these unexpected needs as effortlessly as possible. In education, we know your schedules are completely altered, your operations are shutdown or providing minimal services, and we are adjusting our teams and schedules to support your current operations as well as your operations when students return.
We are your strategic partner and will do everything possible to support you and your organization as you move through these chaotic times.
