The EZ Steps wizards display a series of screens that guide users through each step required to accurately and efficiently complete the physical inventory and procurement processes. Each screen contains a simple question and answer format that prompts users for the needed data.
EZ Steps for Physical Inventory
As each question is answered and quantities on hand are entered, the system builds the physical inventory record in the background. The physical inventory report can then be printed.
EZ Steps for Shopping List Orders
The user can choose to create a new grocery order or base the order on a previously saved grocery order, which is helpful when the same items and quantities are ordered on a regular basis. As each question is answered and the requested data is entered, the system creates the order. When the user completes the EZ Steps wizard, the order is ready to be sent to the central office for approval.
EZ Steps for Menu Plan Orders
As questions are answered, items and quantities are automatically calculated based on projected servings and on-hand/on-order balances. The system automatically converts servings to inventory units and checks supply on hand to suggest an order that you can edit as needed.
